Joe Schneider Appointed Chief Real Estate Officer at Modern.tech

Denver, Colorado - Modern.tech is pleased to announce that Joe Schneider has been appointed Chief Real Estate Officer, a move that reinforces the company’s commitment to advancing its initiatives in the real estate industry through dedicated leadership and strategic focus.
Formerly serving as EVP of Consulting, Schneider’s new role places him at the helm of all real estate brands under the Modern.tech umbrella, including executive oversight over both SourceRE and MLSPropTech.com, as well as serving as a strategic partner to Modern.tech’s technology clients within the industry. This formal consolidation strengthens the company’s ability to accelerate growth, deepen industry partnerships, and align technology development across its real estate partners and brands.
