ARELLO® Partners With SourceRE for Data Licensing and Distribution

ARELLO’s license verification and other valuable datasets will be available exclusively via the SourceRE Data Marketplace beginning on October 20th, 2025.
Denver, Colorado - SourceRE and the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO®) are proud to announce the exclusive licensing and distribution of ARELLO’s datasets within the SourceRE Data Marketplace.
Beginning on October 20th, 2025, vendors will be able to access ARELLO’s real estate license verification and other valuable datasets, newly formatted to the RESO Data Dictionary 2.0 standard for member and office data.
“By listing these datasets within the SourceRE Marketplace, the industry gains a single source of truth for license verification, identity management, and compliance data,” said Jessica Hickok, Chief Executive Officer at ARELLO®. “This is a meaningful next step in our shared commitment toward making this data more accessible, secure, and easy to integrate across the real estate industry,”
This news comes on the heels of the partnership announcement earlier this month between ARELLO and Modern.tech, SourceRE’s parent company.
