The MLS Innovator Network gathered this month for an exclusive, in-depth session spotlighting one of the most anticipated platforms in association management: Relevate One.
On May 7, 2025, Mark Richburg, CEO of Relevate, led a comprehensive demo of the company’s upcoming AMS, designed to modernize membership, communication, billing, and engagement across MLSs and associations.
A Platform 20 Years in the Making
Over the course of the hour, Richburg guided attendees through a first look at Relevate One, a platform designed to streamline operations and reimagine how technology supports associations and MLSs. This hands-on demo offered a glimpse into a tool that’s not just functional, but positioned to move the industry forward.
The platform is the culmination of two decades of experience and feedback from real-world users across the industry. Richburg described it as a “labor of love,” built from the ground up to reflect decades of insights while finally leveraging the technology needed to serve modern associations.
“I was just at a conference where someone said, ‘We just switched AMS, and that’s the one we’re going to hate for the next three years.’ That mindset is exactly what we’re working to change,” said Mark.
What Makes Relevate One Stand Out
From its clean dashboard to its built-in Single Sign-On (SSO), Relevate aims to remove the friction that often exists between members and the services their associations provide.
At the heart of Relevate One is a sleek, customizable member portal. Designed with mobile-first responsiveness and intuitive navigation, the dashboard empowers agents and brokers with direct access to everything from event registration and CE tracking to license management and member documents. Agents can personalize the look and layout of their dashboard while associations retain control of mission-critical elements.
With Relevate SSO included natively, members can log in once to access all of their tools, forms, courses, events, MLS data, and more, all in one place. The platform is designed to streamline engagement and support staff with fewer tickets and a more centralized view of member activity.
Built for Staff, Designed for Scale
On the staff side, Relevate One gives full administrative control to the team. Staff can configure member dashboards, build audience segments, manage permissions, set up custom workflows, and create reports across multiple business units. For associations juggling membership, events, courses, and sponsorships, Relevate One streamlines it all within one modern interface. It offers role-based customization, giving agents, brokers, association staff, and leadership a dashboard tailored to their unique needs. That focus on relevance and personalization was echoed throughout the presentation.
The system also includes granular staff permissions, a fully integrated ticketing system, dark mode, and automated workflows for broker requests like agent terminations or transfers. It even supports multi-tenant management for organizations that oversee multiple associations, foundations, or MLS subsidiaries.
Communication and Engagement, Upgraded
One of the most exciting capabilities is the Communication Center. With built-in email, SMS, and in-app messaging, associations can deploy one-time campaigns or multi-step drip campaigns tied to any date field, like license renewals or member join dates.
The audience builder is especially powerful, allowing staff to segment members based on activity, status, demographics, listing data, committee history, and more. Richburg demonstrated how associations can tailor messaging to high-producing agents, inactive members, or specific license holders with just a few clicks. On top of that, Relevate One counts with an integrated member inbox right in the member dashboard; a centralized feed that archives every message, alert, and text sent from the organization, to ensure members never miss anything important.
Looking Ahead
As more MLS and association leaders seek ways to simplify technology and improve member experience, tools like Relevate One are drawing increasing interest. This session offered a closer look at what’s possible when real user feedback and a genuine desire to help the industry move forward come together.
