Property Shield teams up with Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS to tackle listing fraud

Columbus, OH [Nov. 6, 2025] - Property Shield has entered a partnership with The Columbus and Central Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to provide its more than 10,000 subscribers who have access to its fraud detection and data-protection platform at no additional cost. This is Property Shield’s first agreement in Ohio and its seventh MLS partnership, extending the platform’s reach to roughly 75,000 real estate professionals nationwide.
The integration incorporates continuous monitoring, AI-assisted detection, and policy compliance checks into the listing workflow, from the initial post to closing. When suspicious activity occurs, the system automatically triggers alerts and supports quick responses, helping to protect professionals and the public.
