SourceRE Data Marketplace Launches With Hive MLS Data

SourceRE’s solution for data licensing and distribution brings data from MLS and non-MLS data providers into one central hub.
Denver, Colorado — SourceRE has announced the launch of its data licensing and distribution platform, the SourceRE Data Marketplace. Hive MLS data is available for licensing upon launch, with multiple additional data providers committed to launching within the platform in Q4.
The platform soft-launched in July, with over 150 vendors onboarding to access Hive MLS data. This allowed SourceRE to ramp up to production scale with a full QA cycle, build in flexibility for corner cases, and establish its own technical support team to communicate directly with vendors.
The SourceRE Data Marketplace builds off the progress of the ‘SourceRE for MLS’ data infrastructure solutions. Launched in 2024, SourceRE began building custom MLS databases, and now the marketplace complements SourceRE’s suite of technologies with a software platform for vendors, MLS, and data providers.
